The turnaround of Dandot Cement is a testament to the group's strategic acumen and reputation developed over their 4 decade history as specialists for reviving 'sick' businesses and turning them around as success stories. One of the oldest cement companies in Pakistan, Dandot Cement was close to shutting operations late in 2013 when 101 Group restructured all its liabilities & revived its operations, saving close to 700 jobs.
